Individual Bookings
- Cancellation Notice - Cancellations must be made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled training date.
- Substitute Attendee - If you are unable to attend, you may send are replacement participant at no extra cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- No shows - No-shows without prior notice or replacement will be charged the full training fee.
Dedicated Events (Private or Group Sessions)
- Cancellation - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 21 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
- Rescheduling - If notice is given within the required timeframe, we will work with you to reschedule the event at a mutually convenient time.
- No shows - If the event is not attended and no prior notice or rescheduling request is received, the full event fee will apply.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future session.
