Copilot 365 Introduction

A practical, three-hour, live online instructor-led training session designed to help Microsoft 365 users understand what Copilot is, how it works, and how to use it confidently in everyday tasks. The course focuses on real workplace scenarios, showing how Copilot can improve productivity, simplify routine work, and support roles across administration, project management, communications, finance and operations.

• Explain what Microsoft Copilot 365 is and how it works across core Microsoft 365 applications
• Use Copilot confidently in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
• Save time by using Copilot for documents, emails, meetings and data analysis
• Write effective prompts to get useful, accurate results
• Understand Copilot’s limitations and use it responsibly
• Feel confident experimenting with AI to support real, day-to-day work
