Managing Challenging Behaviour Effectively

Challenging and frustrating, disruptive behaviours in the workplace pose a considerable challenge for managers and team leaders. They have the potential to disrupt team communication, resulting in diminished morale and reduced participation from other team members.

The course covers techniques for direct and indirect intervention, whether through group dynamics or one-on-one approaches.Participants will learn to recognise barriers hindering participation, assess when behavior becomes problematic and warrants intervention, and set realistic goals.
