Managing Challenging Behaviour Effectively

This course provides insights into comprehending challenging and disruptive behaviours within a team, looking at interventions to modify such behaviours to enabling effective management of the situation.

The course also covers techniques for direct and indirect intervention, whether through group dynamics or one-on-one approaches.Participants will learn to recognise barriers hindering participation, assess when behavior becomes problematic and warrants intervention, and set realistic goals.
