This training is all about blending coaching into your leadership style. You'll learn to plan coaching projects using a simple model and choose a coaching style that fits the situation.

We'll talk about what coaching really is,  and how you can make it work. Using a Hamburger model, you'll figure out who and when to coach, and how to flex your coaching style to get the best results for your learner and the situation.

This leadership style emphasizes active listening, asking insightful questions, and guiding individuals to unlock their potential, ultimately contributing to both personal and professional development within the team.
